I deliver the Diploma and Advanced Diploma of Hospitality Management, facilitating engaging learning for domestic and international students, conducting competency-based assessment and maintaining compliance with Australian VET standards. I am passionate about developing future hospitality leaders by combining practical industry expertise with high-quality vocational education outcomes.

My track record is in leading multi-outlet environments — restaurants, bars, in-room dining and high-end banqueting — delivering service standards aligned with luxury brand expectations.
